[Xinhua] Okinawa governor raps Japanese gov`t over U.S. base relocation

Governor of Japan`s southernmost island prefecture of Okinawa Takeshi Onaga on Thursday rapped the Japanese government over the controversial U.S. base relocation issue, criticizing that Okinawan`s democracy and human rights are not guaranteed by the central government.
